How we handle your personal data

What we collect

When you register or register your interest, we collect the details on the form: your name, email, phone number, city and country, LinkedIn profile, role and employer, details about your idea and background, and billing details if your employer is paying. If you write to us directly, we keep that correspondence too.

Why we collect it

To process your registration, prepare your invoice, run the course, and, if you have agreed, send you news about future cohorts. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who processes it

Your data is stored on our hosting provider, Hostinger, and sent by email through our mailbox provider, Microsoft. We do not share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep registration data for 24 months from your registration date, then delete it, unless we are required to keep invoicing records for longer under Singapore law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@weekendstartuplab.com. You can withdraw consent to future-cohort news at any time by replying to any email from us.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
